FRAUD ALERT

Minas de Almadén y Arrayanes S.A., S.M.E. (MAYASA) has detected several false web pages (www.mayasaespana.com, www.mayasaes.com, www.almadenexport.com) that emulate the official web page of the entity (www.mayasa.es) with exclusive fraudulent interests, illegal and never authorized by the MAYASA management.

Given that the perpetrators of the fraud with deceit and falsehood by impersonate the identity and image of both, the Corporate as one of its Directors, trying to close fraudulent operations, MAYASA wants to warn all clients that the best measure is prevention from any suspicious modes of work others than traditionally used.

Duly actions are in progress to pursue those attempted fraud, so, any information regarding this subject that can be provided to us, will be highly appreciated.
